We are a growing sliding door and window repair company looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade with strong earning potential.
Technicians are responsible for repairing and servicing sliding doors and other door systems in residential homes and commercial properties. No prior experience is required — we provide full hands-on training.
What You’ll Do:
- Repair and service sliding doors, windows, and related systems
- Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to customers
- Provide excellent customer service during in-home visits
- Manage daily service calls independently
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Basic sales ability (recommended solutions to customers)
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay
- Most entry-level technicians earn $1,500 – $3,500 per week
- Higher earning potential based on performance and experience
